Co-Founder & Lead Instructor

Aliaa Alnabulsi

Aliaa is a STOTT PILATES certified instructor, trained in Matwork, Reformer, and Injuries & Special Populations. She discovered her passion for Pilates through a combination of her love for active movement and biology, finding in it the perfect balance between mindful recovery and a powerful, core-focused workout.

In her career in process improvement and automation, Aliaa developed an eye for detail and structure, skills she now brings to her classes. She is excited to share this passion to help clients move with strength, confidence, and control.

Instructor

Sabina Chabra

Sabina discovered Pilates years ago and immediately fell in love with the method, benefits and mind to body connection she experienced in her practice. In 2023, she decided to take her training to the next level and got certified as a STOTT Pilates instructor, transitioning from her career in marketing to fitness. With expertise teaching various styles including Reformer, Mat-work, and Tower, Sabina has found her true calling in wellness and is incredibly passionate about helping others connect to the benefits she's been able to experience first-hand.

In class, her goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel challenged, informed and supported in their Pilates practice. With an emphasis on foundations, form and fun, clients can expect a spicy and rewarding session that will leave them feeling stronger, energized and eager to come back for more! Outside of class, Sabina is usually spending time with her 4 year old daughter and husband, riding their bikes around the neighbourhood, going for nature walks, or sneaking off to take some Pilates classes of her own!
