Regular socks or barefoot are prohibited beyond the main entrance. All clients must wear grip socks during Pilates sessions to ensure their safety on the reformer.

All appointments regarding FST or Pilates must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to avoid losing 100% of the appointment cost.
